Meadow Ranch
Located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Meadow Ranch is a community for Active Adults age 55 and Better. With 223 mixed residential units, Meadow Ranch will offer a variety of living choices for those who are seeking an active lifestyle and aspire to live in a community that is conveniently located to everything CDA has to offer. This development was recently selected as a Pilot Project for the USGBC LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Neighborhood Development Certification.

The Cottages in Downtown Coeur d’Alene
The Cottages is an assortment of urban cottage homes in the heart of downtown. Ranging from 1,000 to 1,900 sq. ft., they have front porches and alley loaded garages. These charming homes combine modern conveniences with historic character and foster urban, active lifestyles. Walk to the brand new Coeur d'Alene Library, downtown and Lake Coeur d'Alene. A short walk leads to Tubbs Hill - with an amazing trail system sporting gorgeous views of the lake. Built for green living and sustainability.


311 Coeur d’Alene Avenue
A primary downtown 1/2 city block in the heart of Coeur d’Alene. The beginnings of the conceptual drawings are under way and the architects are providing various design solutions to incorporate a mixed-use development. Currently, the 7-story project will accommodate office condominiums, residential condominiums as well as retail services. The preliminary program is to design to a minimum of a LEED Silver Certification through the US Green Building Council.
Cliffhanger
A 5-acre environmentally-sensitive site that can accommodate a 10,000 sf office building in the business district of Carlsbad CA. The project will preserve the balance of the site (4.25 acres) in an open space preserve and provide the funds for an endowment to manage the native habitat. The design program calls for the building to be proposed as a LEED Core and Shell certification through the US Green Building Council. The first LEED professional office building in Carlsbad, CA.
Gordon Place
An infill site in the heart of Carlsbad, CA. This mixed-use project will incorporate a first level retail user, office users on the second level and third and fourth floor capturing a residential condominium component. Ocean views should be available to the residential levels, and the office under the residential floors may accomplish the concept of a live/work. Project is currently under design and permitting.
